I am late at posting this, but I wanted it for documentation. We did this in the summer. Keep in mind that Brielle had not had a nap this day. Steve and I went back and forth on letting Brielle turn into a "big girl" so fast. But after getting a lot of other opinions from others, everyone said its best if we pierce her ears when they are little. So we went for it.
She went with her cousin Nikelle. They were both very happy and super excited.
Brielle even got a sucker "before" her turn so life was good for her. Can you see how tired she is? I SHOULD have waited for a day that she had her nap. But I kept on bailing out because I was nervous for her. So we got a little shove from Aunt Kristi to do it this day since she was in town.
Ouch! It hurt my little one. She was SUPER brave, but still didnt appreciate it hurting her. I almost cried too! She tried to cry longer because she was tired. ..
But after it was all done she Realized how pretty she was. And was happy. She said "im pretty". I told her she sure is!
