The day started out with taking these cupcakes to school for Dax and his classroom. He was SO excited to share them!!
He came home with a fun birthday hat and with dad. He felt super special today because he had dad with him at school all day! Steve volunteers for the day at his school to be a watch D.O.G. Dax was so excited to have him there as a watch D.O.G especially on his birthday!
They also got to walk home together. I just love this picture!
Dax sat for a minute really thinking quite hard on his birthday wish.
Our family is so wonderful to support him on his special day. Its a big group when we are all together. But NEVER a dull moment.
He got spoiled as usual with lovely gifts.
Tonight after the party when he was getting tucked in.. He said to Steve, "arent you sad that its my birthday today?" And Steve said "Why would I be sad" and Dax said "Because I turned seven today and your always sad that I am growing up so fast". I thought it was super cute, and yet VERY true!
