Thanksgiving is always wonderful. I am reminded of all the wonderful things I am thankful for! This year we had it at my moms house. As usual the food was delish and I ate WAY too much. Like three meals too much. Oh well, its always worth it. This year I am very most thankful for my little family! We have had quite a rough year! And we have stuck through it all together, and made us all stronger. For that I am very thankful! I have the best children that I love so dearly!
On Thanksgiving we always play a little football. We always go up to the stadium but this year the kids just played in the back yard.
And now onto Christmas ALREADY! The kids LOVE to decorate the tree. Its hard for me to watch sometimes because I can be quite a perfectionist. But after its all done from the kids doing it, I cant bear to change much of it because its their little creation.
Dax had kinda a rough time decorating this time. He broke three balls this year. After each one he would cry and cry and we would get him settled down and he would break another. Ha ha. Now that I look back I can laugh.
Brielle had a blast and wanted a part in helping with each thing.
Her decorating ended up just lovely, super close together all along the bottom ribbon, not on the tree. Ha ha. We just love her.
We slowly add to our tree each year. ha ha by the time I get everything I want, it will be time to change the colors. Oh well. We still love it:
AH.. success. We finally got it done. I just realized we didnt get any picture of dad and the kids. He was on the other end of the camera.
Daxton originally wanted a real puppy. But then when he just had hid birthday and got some new DS games he changed his mind to wants a new DS since his got dropped in the tub. Why it was in the bathroom, who knows?
Corban wants a "Real" puppy. Dax asked me if Santa can bring puppies in his sleigh. I told him no. About 30 min. Later I heard him in the other room asking Steve if Santa can bring a puppy in the sleigh... I hear Steve say " of course, he just puts it in a little cage and bundles it up warm and lets the dog ride right in his sleigh" What the crap!!! I had just talked him out of it. LOL.
Brielle said she wants a Christmas Tree....then said no no no I want a TV to watch Shrek. Ha ha. Well I guess we will see what Christmas morning brings us:)
